Meet Rikke, (Pronounced "RIH-keh") a passionate fiber artist who calls Sweden home by way of Denmark. This short, spunky crafter has a big love for handmade creativity. Whether it's knitting, crocheting, sewing, or even dabbling in jewelry making, Rikke thrives when working with her hands.

"A good day for me is when I learn something new."
That says it all, doesn’t it?

Rikke recently launched a YouTube channel, Daqtagh Has Fibers, where she shares her makes, chats about yarn, and dives into all things crafty. Tutorials may be on the horizon too, so now’s the perfect time to follow her journey from the beginning.

🖖 Fun Fact: Rikke and I both share a love of Star Trek! The name Daqtagh in Rikke’s channel, Daqtagh Has Fibers, is a nod to the Klingon language from Star Trek! In Klingon, a Daqtagh is a traditional ceremonial dagger—fierce, bold, and symbolic. It’s the perfect name for a channel that blends strength, creativity, and a fearless approach to making. Rikke brings serious warrior energy to the fiber arts!
